Winter Yoga Workshop

Sunday 24th November 9.30am – 12.30pm including a break for refreshments. Revive, refresh and restore in the Winter Yoga Workshop with Sue Normandale

Sue will guide you through aspects of Himalayan Hatha Yoga which is a gentle form of yoga focussing on breathing, stretch and relaxation. Sue has been a nurse for many years so health and well being are important to her. She has a passion to understand and want to work with our own mind, body, and breath to enable a more holistic way to improve health. Yoga is for everyone, it is not a religion, but a scientific developed set of exercises which improve health both physically and mentally. What’s not to be passionate about?
