Caistor Arts & Heritage Centre is a 'Not for profit' social enterprise created with £430,000 of funding from Big Lottery as one of 6 selected projects under the Village SOS Programme filmed by the BBC and opened on 11th April 2011.  During the winter the Centre is open 7 days a week; Mon to Sat 0900-1600; Sun & Bank Holidays 1000-1400 and now employs the full time equivalent of 6 staff, 2 trainee apprentices, and we have in excess of 60 volunteers who help out in the café, library, heritage projects, event management, maintenance, administration etc.


Current Vacancy: Café Manager
Caistor Arts & Heritage Centre is looking for a Café Manager who is passionate about great food and can deliver fantastic customer service within the Centre.
Are you an entrepreneur who can develop the business? Are you a manager who can coach and develop their people to be the stars of the future?
Can you share our vision?

 

You will work 5 out of 7 days, 40 hours per week
Starting salary circa £18,500
Closing date 22nd November
